I got a hole water always there even I dig very deep, never drained out, someone suggested that the Bald cypress can be planted there
Q: Is that true if water soak in roots all the time? or how I can do or which kind of trees survive in water ?

You are correct, the Bald Cypress can handle saturated soil conditions. Other trees that can well-handle saturated soil conditions include: River Birch, Water Maple, and Weeping Williow trees. Good Luck!
