Growing Dill - Knowledgebase Question

Stone Mountain, Ge

I'm currently starting dill in pot so I can use the dill for putting up pickles.
The ground here is too hard and my yard is very shady. I will be moving in the near future. Will the dill survive in a pot? I dry most of the herbs I grow to be used all year round.

Yes, dill will do fine in a pot. It likes full sun. If grown in a pot, it may benefit from protection from late afternoon hot sun, or be sure to monitor its soil moisture so it doesn't dry out. Yum, pickles!
