I have planted vinca flowers in all of my beds getting direct sun. Some of the plants looks like they are wilting and then they die while plants right next them are thriving greatly. What causes these to just die like that while other ones are doing great?

Vinca is not usually very demanding in terms of fertility, so you might try an all purpose granular fertilizer such as 10-10-10 applied according to the label instructions. However, you might also investigate and see if anything else has happened to the vinca, such as an overflowing rain gutter, run-off from a salted sidewalk, or some other form of mechanical damage has occurred that would cause it to look poor. Hope this helps and Good Luck!
