Is there a way to take a hydrangea cutting and root it? If so how would I go about it and what would I use. I saw some beautiful hydrangeas in my aunt's yard , she said I can take some cutting . please let me know ..thank you

By now, established hydrangeas should have a thick base which will allow you to remove a portion of the shrub including the roots (dividing). This is the best method for you to pursue when taking a portion of a shrub. Moving them this time of year will require a bit more attention and watering care. Good Luck!
