Flowers on Esperanza - Knowledgebase Question

This past spring I planted two Esperanza plants. Except for brief flowering in April they hae not flowered. They are 36

I think they will flower again in a week or two. Sometimes young plants need a rest period after the first flush of flowers. It takes a lot of energy to grow leaves, branches and flowers. Once the roots are larger and better established you should see flowers continually from April until frost. Enjoy your garden!
