I have a Mrs.chondelemay. About three weeks ago I planted it in direct sunlight. But the area is a little bit windy. Today all of the petals are gone except for one flower and some of the leaves are dried and crumpled. What should I do?

Sounds like your clematis is unhappy with the windy environment. I dont' know it she will adjust or if you'll always have problems with damage to the petals and leaves of your plant. You may want to move her to a more protected spot so she can thrive and be beautiful.
