my hollyhocks won't bloom. Great looking leaves,no blooms. Not even on second year plants. What am I doing wrong.

Most hollyhocks grow as biennials, meaning they grow foliage the first year, then bloom the second year. If your hollyhocks look healthy, they will likely bloom later this summer.
