Sand drains extremely quickly and doesn't hold nutrients so I'm not sure you can grow anything unless you first amend the soil with some compost or other organic matter to help improve the soil. Once you've done that you can sprinkle wildflower seeds over the top, and keep them watered until they sprout and begin to establish their root systems. There are seed packets specifically for your gardening region. Look for "Georgia Wildflowers" on the label. Enjoy your garden!
