Have 1 knock out rose planted on the north side of the house.I fertilize monthly with less fertilizer and water when needed. And the plant is not growing as tall has it should.Should I move it to the south side for more sun?I prefer it in the front yard or sides of front yard.My home faces the east.I'm new at gardening as you may see and I appreciate your help.Thank you,LV

You need a well drained soil. And sunny exposure for the Knock out Rose. Heavy dense and saturated soils can deteriorate the plant. Sounds like you need to move the plant and inspect the soil conditions. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
