My plants are big and lush but the leaves are dotted with small holes and there are no buds. I don't see any bugs on them.
Any ideas?

Bee balms usually don't suffer from much insect damage if plants are otherwise healthy. Watch for spider mites (with webbing) and more obvious leaf damage. Keep monitoring to see if you can spot an insect and send us a complete description. Bee balm may bloom in late summer, so there's still plenty of time. Be sure you aren't overfeeding with nitrogen, which promotes foliage at the expense of blooms. Good luck!
