Since I have planted my herb graden it has rained alot this season. All of my plants have grown. My biggest concern is: the cilantro has grown tall and has flowered. Can I use these or do I need to remove them?

Cilantro flowers are edible. You can also deadhead them to keep the plant producing awhile longer. Cilantro flowers are great for attracting pollinators, including butterflies. If you let some of them go to seed at the end of the season, they will likely self-sow for next year. Or you can collect the seed to sow yourself. Good luck with your herbs!
