|We had a Nursery plant a mature Palm tree last year and Florida had a very cold Winter snap- now our tenants say the Palm looks dead- they kept caring for it as usual but no signs of life- should I have it removed and plant a more cold hardy Palm in it's place?

|Palms have one growth bud at the top of the palm. If it was damaged, then the plant is dead. Palms respond to warm weather so if it hasn't shown any signs of new fronds emerging from the crown by now, unfortunately, it's unlikely to do so. I'm sorry not to have better news!
