I apologize if you received an incomplete earlier response. A computer glitch sent it while I was in the midst of responding.

I'm assuming you meant flower bed plants. Here are some white bloomers. They have varying bloom times so you may have to mix and match to extend the season. I hope these ideas are helpful.

Angel's trumpet (Datura innoxia), evening primrose (Oenothera casepitosa), old-fashioned four o'clocks (Mirabilis), jasmine tobacco (Nicotiana alata), 'Crystal White' zinnias, 'Armour White' verbena, 'Purity' cosmos.

For cooler weather, try fragrant stock or Matilija poppy (Romneya coulteri), a big, bushy perennial with white petaled crape paper-like flowers.

Vines: sweet autumn clematis (Clematis paniculata), honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica).

Two terrific shrubs that bloom spring to fall with showy white flower clusters are Texas olive (Cordia boissieri) and little-leaf cordia (C. parvifolia). They are both drought tolerant.
