I have a false indigo, I planted it in a sunny location about 3 years ago and I have yet to see it flower. Help

Some plants may take 2 or 3 years to get going, but you might try fertilizing with phosphorus (which promotes bloom) to see if that will jumpstart it. Organic sources of phosphorus are bone meal and rock phosphate. They are slower acting than chemical fertilizers. Good luck!
