Any suggestions for a perrenial plant that blooms white flowers in spring or summer? I've tried snow in summer and it does not tolerate the 105 degree heat of the summers here in the central valley.

These are recommended for the low desert around Phoenix so should take your summers as well: Tufted Evening Primrose (Oenothera caespitosa), white guara, desert zinnia (Zinnia acerosa), angel's trumpet (Datura innoxia).

Here are some other white flowers to consider that are heat tolerant: old-fashioned four o'clocks (Mirabilis), jasmine tobacco (Nicotiana alata), 'Crystal White' zinnias, 'Armour White' verbena, 'Purity' cosmos. I hope some of these work for you.
