|I have potted Hibiscus which I feed with liqid solution Miracle Grow at 1/2 the recommended strength. The plant starts blooms which then die before blooming. Solution, please?

|I suspect the flowers are being eaten by bud worms. These little pests get into the unopened buds and feed on the petals and ovary. When the flower buds are damaged in this way they will fail to open. Bud worms are difficult to control because the adults are flies or wasps. The good news is that they will stop reproducing soon and your hibiscus flowers will begin opening again.
