I have had something eating my tomatos when thet are half ripe or older. They eat almost half of if it. I picked one of my jal. peppers and it was half eaten except the seed. any ideas? THANKS

Some possibilities include birds, small critters such as gophers, snails or slugs, or tomato hornworms. The most effective method to keep away larger pests is exclusion, such as a wire fence. Good luck!
