I just planted outside in my garden some little bell peppers plants that I was growing from seeds and I just noticed that the every morning when I check them the leaves are disappearing. I don't see any other bugs than ants. Please Help

Could be slugs or snails. Caterpillars might also completely remove the leaves. For caterpillars, use Dipel or Thuricide. For slugs or snails try the iron based bait called Sluggo. Best wishes with your pepper plants.
