This year I covered my garden with Scotts landscape mulch. My question is at the end of the season when I turn over my soil will this landscape mulch blend in with my soil or will it give me a problem next year?

According to Scotts' product description, these landscape mulches are made of organic matter that will decompose over time. If you turn it under, it will decompose faster, but there shouldn't be any problems. Good luck with your vegetables!
