Hi, my vegetable plants have started growing but still no flowers or fruits. I have very good quality Loam and Compost. Question - would i still need to add some fertilizer?

Since you say they started growing, I'm going to assume they are young plants. Plants will start flowering and setting fruit when conditions are right. If the foliage looks green and healthy and your soil is rich, be careful not to overfertilize with nitrogen, which produces more foliage at the expense of flowers. You might add an organic phosphorus source, such as bone meal or rock phosphate, which promotes flowering. Good luck!
