Do I still need to water the bareroot stock of rasberry and blackberry between seasons?

I'm assuming you mean they are planted, so yes, continue watering. Apply deeply (water should soak 1 foot deep) but as infrequently as possible to maintain moisture. Blackberries thrive here, but raspberries don't, so if you keep them alive, you're doing well. Good luck with your brambles!
