After artichoke bloom - Knowledgebase Question

I have an artichoke plant that the last one bloomed and i don't know how or what to do with the plant next. Will I get new artichokes next season? How do I remove the dried flowers?

You can cut the flowers off, along with some of the stem, with sharp pruners or a tree saw. The leaves of the plant will die down soon and you can remove them from the garden. The roots will rest and then send up new leaves and flowers next spring.
