Cilantro is really short lived so to have a good supply all season long plant seeds every two weeks. This way you?ll have young plants growing and you can harvest at will. Cilantro usually only grows for about a month and then it gets woody and the leaves are not flavorful. Just plan on pulling the plants out when they are 6 weeks of age and starting new seeds.
