|I am trying to grow daylilies from seed. It was suggested that I start them in vermiculite. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any. Do you know a substitute? Or, where I can buy vermiculite?

|Vermiculite should be available in the potting soil section of your local Home Depot. If you cannot find any, use builder's sand (not sandbox sand which is too fine). Or, you can use prepackaged seed starting mix to start your seeds. Good luck with your seeds!
