It is normal for the oldest leaves, those lower down and near the center of the plant to turn yellow and drop. These are quickly replaced by healthy new leaves. Extreme heat can also cause yellowing leaves. You can pick them off, shear the plant back to remove them, or just let the yellow leaves drop on their own. When the weather cools and your hibiscus slows its growth, you won't see quite so many yellow leaves.
