I have a climbing rose vine and also a trumpet vine that are growing but not flowering.The vines are growing like crazy but will not bloom.

I don't know the placement but both the rose and trumpet vine prefer full or direct sunlight. You should also inspect your soil conditions. Both of these plants prefer the direct sunshine and would probably do better in your region if it were planted against a south or west facing wall 9not sure where yours are placed?) Without a long, warm summer, it will refuse to bloom. You might consider potting it up and taking it indoors over the winter months, then placing it outdoors in the summer time. Good Luck!
