My knock out rose is blooming but has lacy leaves and are almost white.
Can I send a photo?

We can't accept photos through this forum but if the white is a powdery coating, its a fungal disease called powdery mildew. The lacey leaves are from a skeletonizer or Japanese Beetles. Both problems can be controlled with a product called Rose Defense. It's neem oil based with some residual properties. Be sure to apply according to label directions. Good luck with your rose!
