There are a number of things that could cause your geranium to have yellowing leaves. Make sure you are not overwatering. Water it well, then let the top inch or so of the soil dry out before you water again. It's possible that it needs some fertilizer. Water with a soluble fertilizer such a fish emulsion and see if that helps it green up.Geranium leaves can be infected with bacterial leaf spot, which causes dark, circular, sunken spots on the leaves followed eventually by the leaves yellowing and dropping. Pick off and destroy any infected plant parts as soon as you see them and try to keep the foliage dry when you water.
