What is name of this plant? - Knowledgebase Question

It is a green round leafed plant with drk orange, liter orange and white flowers. The green round leaves are rather unique. They seem to grow everywhere here and as long as they get enough water, bloom continually. I just have no idea what they are called and just seem to come up, in numerous locations in our yard. I love the way the look.

 I'd love to identify the plant but I can't from your description. Is there any way you can take a photo (close up of flowers and leaves) and post it on a website such as Flickr? If so, send us a link to the page and well access your photo. I'll bet we can identify it!
