Try spraying off your infested plants with strong stream of water from your garden hose. It will take several soakings to remove them. Or most insecticides kill lace bugs such as orthene, spectracide rose and flower insect sprays and Sevin. Be sure to thoroughly spray your plants and apply according to manuf. instructions. You must directly spray the bugs for the insecticide to be effective. Also as a preventative measure be sure to apply a horticultural oil or soap product in the spring to help prevent against future insect damage. Hope this helps and good luck!
