My original 8 strawberry plants are now 100 plants and spreading. I need to contain them in some form of raised bed. Any suggestions?

Any type of raised bed will certainly help control the spreading growth of your strawberry plants. Stone works well and has a nice appearance. If you use wood, be sure NOT to use outdoor chemically treated lumber, not good for any vegetable or strawberry garden. I don't know how large an area you need, but a raised garden bed with 80% garden soil 10% peat and 10% compost mixture should do the trick. I'm happy to see that the plants are doing well for you.
