I have a 6 year old japanese juniper bonsai that was sitting in the kitchen window and I think it got too hot. The side of the tree facing the window is yellowed and crispy. Will it be ok? I took it out of the window. I always water it every day. |
It appears the damage is done and you may need to now prune out the dead growth; Unless you see any sign of new growth forming on these stems (which I doubt). So go-ahead and prune out the 'crispy' dead stems to help invigorate the plant. Hope this helps and good luck! |
