ok i have a flower bed that has lots of grass in it. i want to put down weed blocker down and mulch so that there is no grass at all. i was wondering can i just put dirt over the grass, because i dont have the money to till it up.

Sorry, the weed seed is still there and placing dirt over the weeds may help for a few days, but the weeds will reappear. I would purchase the weed block and place it according to the instructions on the package. You could also spot-spray the weeds with 'round-up' to individually kill the weeds, but be careful not to over-spray and harm your flowering plants. Hope this helps and good luck in your garden!
