planted 4 blur point junipers near the a/c drain they turned brown, pulled them ouy, the roots were soaking wet transplanted to adrier location,still brown essp. on tops ant hope of coming back?

Sorry to hear about the browning junipers. Once they turn brown, the foliage can't change back to green; So it is best to prune back the damaged foliage in hope that the plant will sprout new green growth in its new location. Hope this helps and good luck in your garden!
