Pruning transplanted Roses - Knowledgebase Question

Due to some outside home construction had to transplant some rose bushes. It is the end of June. When should I prune them and how low should they be pruned?

You can prune them now down to about 24" above ground level. They'll respond with lots of new growth and will flower in about 3 weeks. Enjoy!
