My arborist tells me that my 40 ft. oak tree (about 10 inches diameter) needs iron/magnesium. Leaves are not healthy on upper half of the tree. Any suggestions? Thanks,

Use a product called Ironite, in amounts as recommended on the label which will vary depending upon the size of your tree. Best wishes with your tree.
