| Unfortunately, truth and advertising do not always go together! I'm not sure what grass you read about, but I have seen similar claims for Zoysiagrass. However, no turf, including zoysia, can take over fast and settle down to carefree beauty. It requires frequent mowing with a sharp blade to look good. It also needs some supplemental water in the heat of the summer. Your County Extension Office can direct you to sources of Zoysia and other turf grasses in your area. Their number is 919-633-1477. |
