Hi,
I would like to plant some vegetables such as lettuce,cabbage,carrots just a basic vegetable garden but my yard is very sandy and very dry.
do you have any subjustins as to what I can do to get a rich soil for my vegetable garden ? thank you

Well drained soil is ok, but you would need more nutrients in the soil conditions... I would add some compost and 'garden soil' for your garden. If it is a small garden, consider building a raised garden bed mixing mostly garden soil 1 or 2 bags of compost and 1 bag of peat moss for a suitable garden mix. Also, make sure your garden has at least 6 hours of sunlight. Good luck!
