I was told that black eyed susans are deer resistant, yet something has chomped down my plant before it even flowered. Any ideas? |
Black eyed Susans are not especially favored by deer but if there's a large deer population in the area and great competition for food, deer will eat most anything. About the only thing you can do to protect your plant is to fence it in. A physical barrier will keep deer and bunnies from feasting on your plants. Wish I had an easier solution. |
