My potted hibiscus and bougainvillea (11 in all) only bloomed in April when they were potted in my atrium. I feed and water them, & use Miracle Gro Moisture Control soil. What's wrong?

Bougainvillea blooms on a 6 week cycle so they will grow, bloom, rest then grow and bloom again. Pruning after the flush of flowers will help it grow and bloom a little earlier, but it will still need to rest a little before it can gather up enough strength to bloom. Just be patient with your plant. Hibiscus loves hot weather and blooms best in the heat. You can try pruning it back a little to encourage new growth which should flower. Best wishes with your plants!
