Beetles and caterpillars can feed on hydrangea leaves. You can use a broad spectrum insecticide to protect your hydrangea, or you can use a systemic insecticide. Check your local garden center for Green Light or Bayer Advanced insecticides for ornamentals. Good luck with your hydrangeas!
