I purchased a crepe myrtle 2 yrs ago with blooms. Last year and this year no blooms. Not enough sun or something else. Plant looks healthy.

Crepe myrtles like full sun to bloom. Other things that would prevent blooming: immmaturity (your plant will just have to grow up before it can flower); pruning at the wrong time (crape myrtles bloom on new growth produced in the current year); or too much nitrogen fertilizer. Nitrogen grows foliage at the expense of leaves. It may still bloom as they like warmth and the summer isn't over yet!
