Hello, I started a sunflower bed (from seeds) just outside of my fenced in garden and just since yesterday all of the top leaves were eaten (they left the stems and lower leaves). Do you know what little critter is the most likely offender? and how can I prevent future midnight snacking? - Thank you, Karen |
If all the leaves are gone I'd suspect either rabbits or slugs/snails. You'll have to fence the plants off to keep rabbits away but slugs and snails are easy to control with a product such as Sluggo. Best wishes with your sunflowers! |
