|i have a few poenies in my yard. i dead head them after they finish blooming. should i leave the 'bush' for the season until it withers in the fall or should i cut it down?

|The foliage is providing nutrients to the roots of the plants so it's best to allow frost to kill the tops back in the fall before you remove it from the plant. The frost will trigger dormancy in your peonies so they can rest over the winter months. Enjoy your garden!
