Some of my potato plants are starting to bloom. Should I care, worry, do anything? |

When your potato plants begin to flower it indicates they are beginning to develop spuds underground. You can harvest some of these tender "new" potatoes or you can just leave them alone to mature into large potatoes. When the tops of your plants die down at the end of the growing season you can harvest your potatoes. Hope you have a great crop! |
