I planted approximately 35 bouganvillas last fall and they started to come back this spring and in the last month or so have quit growing and/or are dropping their leaves. I am watering them 30 minutes 2x a week on a drip system with a 4 gph dripper. Am I overwatering or underwatering? They have no blooms!

Bougainvilleas bloom on about a 6 week cycle. They produce new growth, flower, rest, then repeat the cycle. I think your watering schedule is fine for the summer. You can prune them back to encourage new growth which will shorten the rest cycle a bit and produce flowers a little sooner than normal. As your plants establish themselves and develop larger root systems they'll flower more profusely. Enjoy!
