would cantaloupe,watermelon, tomatoes cucumbers grow indoors during the winter months also when grown outside when harvest do i get another harvest if the weather is warm enough

The plants you list need about 8 hours of direct sunlight a day. They won't grow well indoors unless you can set up greenhouse conditions with lots of heat and bright light. These are annual plants so once they produce fruits they will die. Tomatoes can be a perennial plant but you'll need to provide tropical growing conditions all winter long. I think I'd just plant them outdoors, harvest the fruits and then pull up the dead plants. YOu can replant them each spring.
