We planted several small plants about 2 weeks ago. They get water from one of our sprinkler zones as well as rain. We fertilized them with MiracleGro liquid fertilizer. They have not grown hardly and are now turning yellow. Help!

Yellowing foliage can indicate over watering or overly wet soils. Since you've only recently planted your periwinkles, they may also be simply adjusting to their new growing spots. Give them another month or so to establish and you should see lots of healthy new growth. At that time you can prune away any yellow foliage or stems.
