What could be eating my ornamental kale? It looks like holes in the leaves as if slugs would be causing this but I'm not sure. What can I use to get rid of whatever pest is doing this? I don't see any pests even after dusk.

Slugs do love ornamental kale, but cabbage worms do, too. If you can't find the pests, try using Dipel or Thuricide to control the cabbage worms and for good measure, sprinkle some Sluggo on the soil around the plants. You're sure to get the bad guys!
