pest on daisy leaves - Knowledgebase Question

My daisy leaves have little holes in them. I saw a bug that looked almost clear in color, somebody told me it looked like a 4 or 5 stripe bug. Can you please tell me what I should put on the plant before it eats the whole beautiful thing. I tried soapy water, didn't work.

The bug you saw was probably a lace wing and I don't think that's what's feeding on the leaves of your plants. Beetles will feed on the leaves, though, and you can deter them with a product like Bonide?s Total Pest Control. Enjoy your daisies.
